LUME Quarterly - The Rock in My Shoe

Understanding our Johari Window and the personal history of the children we care for changes how we see our classroom. Learn how to avoid burnout and create healing for yourself and the children in your care. The Rock In My Shoe was such a pivotal training that we wanted to offer it again. Educators who attended said,

"Gives you great perspective on yourself as a teacher."

"It really gives you the framework for all relationships."

"It reminded me to take a moment to stop and realize what I am bringing to the classroom."
