Take the next step to fully embrace and embed the LUME Approach principles throughout all levels of your organization. LUME Institute is excited to offer this professional development opportunity focused on leaders at a greatly reduced cost thanks to our partnership with the St. Louis County Children’s Fund.
This two-day workshop encourages leaders and their teams to work together to create an organizational culture that is primed to embrace and nurture the LUME Approach principles using new tools. Each leadership team will have dedicated time supported by LUME and local colleagues to create a tangible concrete action plan to address organization-specific needs and goals. We encourage 2-5 members of each organizational team to attend together because of the nature of this goal-setting work.
Join us for this opportunity to become connected with other St. Louis area thought leaders, practitioners, and educators who are committed to embedding the LUME Approach in their practice.
