Have you ever found yourself reacting emotionally to a child in ways you don't want to admit? As teachers, we cannot help but bring our personal history into the classroom with us. Understanding our background and the personal history of the children we care for changes the way we see our classrooms. Learn how to avoid burnout and create healing for yourself and the children in your care. This course will help teachers reflect on what drives their choices and behaviors in times of stress. With greater personal awareness and increased understanding and professionalism, teachers will be better able to meet the needs of the children in their care and avoid burnout.
