A LUME engagement is a multi-year process, integrating knowledge, practice and internalization. Educators and leaders engage in 24 hours of learning together, with 1:1 and small group reflective coaching offered simultaneously, over 12-24 months. A LUME Engagement builds shared language, understanding and ways of being that cultivate healthy, emotionally responsive organizational culture and a sustainable future.
